Habitat for Humanity Townhomes

With the help of our trusted network of suppliers and sub-trades, we partnered with Habitat for Humanity Niagara to build four townhomes in Thorold, completed in April 2025. The project reflects what can be achieved when local builders, trades, and community organizations unite with a shared purpose—to create lasting change for families in need of safe, affordable housing.

At the ground-breaking ceremony, Mark Carl, CEO of Habitat for Humanity Niagara, spoke about the impact of collaborations like this and how they strengthen the region one home at a time. For us, it was never about recognition—it was about connection, contribution, and shared values.

Our partnership with Habitat continues, with additional projects planned across the Niagara Region. Together, we’re helping make homeownership more accessible and sustainable for families for years to come.
